Welcome to the Mindless Labs online store. This Merchandise Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to purchases of our apparel and promotional items (collectively, "Products") available through www.shopmindless.com (the “Site”).

1.    General Conditions.

Mindless Labs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any service we provide at any time without notice. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 

2.    Product Information & Availability.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing of all Products listed. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit the quantity of products sold per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or refuse any orders placed based on incorrect information.  

3.    Sizing & Fit.

Size charts and descriptions are provided to help guide your purchase. Please review carefully before ordering. If your ordered item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details within 30 days of delivery and we will correct the order at no additional cost.

4.    Orders & Payments.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Sales tax will be applied where required by law. 

5.    Shipping & Delivery.  

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Processing time for orders can fluctuate and delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors (e.g. shipping chain disruptions, weather). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.

6.    Returns & Refunds.

Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging within the stated return period to be eligible for a replacement or refund. All refunds have a ten-dollar ($10) processing fee that will be applied to the transaction. We offer direct exchanges at no cost. Please do not send items back that are not eligible for return or refund, as specified. We reserve the right to refuse returns and/or deny refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. If eligible and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

7.    Intellectual Property.

All Products, designs, logos, and other content on this Site are the property of Mindless Labs, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8.    Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindless Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from the purchase or use of any merchandise sold on this Site. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mindless Labs and its affiliates from any claim, action, demand, judgement, decisions, and expenses arising from violation of the terms of this policy herein or misuse of our Products. 

9.    Modification.

We reserve the right to modify this Merchandise Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

10.    Third-Party Services (Shopify).

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our Products to you. Your use of the online store, including checkout and payment processing, may also be governed by Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
